MILITARY, VETERANS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT:
If you are active military, a veteran or law enforcement officer, please contact us for a discount.
We will fix or replace your bag for life! If the product fails because of the manufacturing process, we will fix or replace the bag. If the fabric tears because you dragged it over a nail or decided to hang it on a barbed wire fence, we will patch the bag for a fee dependent upon the extent of damage. NOTE: This guarantee does not cover alteration of the bag done by you. If you poke a hole in it for an ARCA mount, for instance, and it the fabric fails, we will help you fix it, but it will cost you shipping, shop time, cost of materials, and a stern talking to.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
If you decide you don't like your product, we will accept new, unused items to be returned for a full refund within 14 days.
If after you have used your product for a while, you are completely dissatisfied, we would be happy to work with you to find a solution. The product will not be eligible for a full refund, but we can probably work something out. Please let us know if you aren't satisfied and why, so that we can address the issue.
Please contact us directly if you would like to place an international order. We will get you a shipping quote, and estimated customs/duties/taxes for your country and the value of your order.
We are a made to order shop. Even if it says it is "in stock" there is a good chance that it isn't. Orders will be fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis as products are made. We TRY to fulfill orders within 2 to 3 weeks, but it could take up to 4. We will contact you if it is looking like it is going to be out to four weeks. Thank you for your patience and support of this small business!
We will never sell your information. We will only email you if we have a promotion or something new. We like our privacy, and we know you do too.
MATERIALS & COLORS POLICY:
Despite our best efforts, fabric shades, webbing, fill and hardware can be subject to change without notice. We strive for consistency and always do our best to keep things the same, but market shortages and challenges affect us too. At this time, all our materials are Berry Compliant. We will try to make sure it is clear, if for some reason, something changes and is no longer Berry Compliant.
RETURNED PACKAGES POLICY:
If a package for whatever reason is returned to us, due to customer error (e.g. a mistake in the address during ordering, the recipient moving, or any reason beyond our control and responsibility), the customer is responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the item. We will attempt to contact the customer to acquire payment for additional shipping, however if no reply is received within 7 days, the original order will be cancelled and refunded, minus the cost of the initial shipping charge. If there are any costs incurred due to the package being returned, the refund may also be subject to a restocking fee to cover any additional charges.
RETURN MAIL LIABILITY POLICY:
Warhorse Development LLC is not responsible for any items that are LOST or STOLEN while in transit. We STRONGLY recommend using a trackable post method when shipping any items to us.
